40th Birthday "Ruckus" Cake

That's Ruckus as in Honda Ruckus. The Birthday "Boy" is

into modified Honda Ruckus Scooters as a hobby. His wife

asked if we could replicate a Ruckus for his cake.

Mack Truck Birthday cake for a special 6 year old!

Cake is all white cake with buttercream filling/icing.

Fondant and chocolate donut accents.

7th Grade Book Worm: Stacked Books Cake

Our first attempt at a stacked book cake. Bottom layer

white cake/buttercream filling; covered in fondant.

Middle layer: strawberry cake/strawberry fluff filling;

covered in fondant.

Top layer: chocolate cake/strawberry fluff filling; covered in fondant.

"Pages" are buttercream.

Rock Star Birthday Cake

We celebrated our daughter's 9th birthday

with a Rock'n Roll party to be all parties.

She requested a 3 tiered cake with

hot pink, aqua and black colors.

All 3 tiers were white cake with yummy

buttercream icing.
